The Hellenic Universities Rectors' Conference is a non legislated organ, established in 1987, when it also started to operate as a forum of exchanging views and ideas.
The 112th Hellenic University Rectors' Conference will be held from Tuesday, June 30 to Friday, July 3, 2026, in Samos, under the Presidency of the University of Aegean and will be chaired by Professor Dimitrios Papageorgiou, Rector of the University of Aegean.
The 111th Hellenic University Rectors' Conference will take place under the Presidency of the University of Piraeus and will be chaired by Professor Michael Sfakianakis, Rector of the University of Piraeus.
